Purpose and local processing

PDFSolo helps you prepare PDF documents locally. It processes files you choose and information you enter, including document contents, names, email, address and drawn or uploaded signatures, to provide document tools. The publisher has no document backend and cannot remotely read these files.

Documents, unsaved edits and unsaved profile details are held in session memory. Signatures can be drawn or uploaded as PNG/JPEG (up to 5 MB, 4096 pixels per side and 8 million pixels), decoded locally and re-encoded as PNG. Signatures remain in memory unless you explicitly choose Save signature. That action stores one signature PNG (data URL up to 2 MiB) unencrypted in Chrome local extension storage for reuse. This signature is separate from the encrypted profile vault. Anyone with access to the Chrome profile may access it; use Delete saved signature to remove it. If you explicitly save your profile vault, the allowed name, email, phone and address fields are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM with a password-derived key (PBKDF2-SHA-256, 310,000 iterations and random salt). The password must contain 10–512 characters and is not saved. There is no password recovery service. Downloads are not encrypted by PDFSolo.

Storage and permissions

Chrome local extension storage holds the encrypted profile vault, interface language preference and, only after explicit saving, an unencrypted signature PNG. Chrome session storage can temporarily hold the previous tab's URL so that the editor can offer opening that document; this is not browsing-history collection. Storage is restricted to trusted extension contexts. Chrome storage sync is not used.

When you click the toolbar icon, activeTab access permits identifying that tab for the document-opening option. The extension has no content scripts that read every site. If you explicitly choose to fetch a PDF from the previous HTTP/HTTPS tab, it asks for permission for that origin and requests the chosen address without cookies or other browser credentials. The source server receives that request and normal network information such as your IP address; its own policy applies. Signed-in documents may require saving the file first and opening the local copy. The optional HTTP/HTTPS permission patterns allow you to choose a source site; they are not granted for every site at installation. The requested source-origin permission is removed after the fetch attempt; you can also review site access in Chrome extension settings.

No automatic uploads, tracking or reports

PDFSolo does not upload documents, profile details or signatures to the publisher. It has no account requirement, advertising, analytics, automatic telemetry or automatic error reporting. It does not sell personal data or use it for unrelated profiling. Executable code, PDF libraries and fonts are included in the package; remote executable code is not loaded.

If you choose to export diagnostics, a local file contains only predefined error codes, extension version and numeric counts. It excludes document names, document text, URLs, profile fields, signature images, device identifiers and stack traces. Export does not send it anywhere. You decide whether to email it. Avoid including sensitive information in any support message. Messages you deliberately send are handled by your and the recipient's email service ; the extension has no automated support-data pipeline.

Retention and choices

Close the document to discard its in-memory edits and current signature. Closing a document or editor does not delete an explicitly saved signature. Use Delete saved signature to remove the stored copy; clearing the drawing pad alone does not remove it. Close the editor to discard the in-memory profile. Delete saved details to remove the encrypted vault; the erase-all control clears local extension data and closes the document. Uninstalling removes browser-managed local extension data. Downloaded/exported files must be deleted separately; device or browser backups may retain copies. Secure your device and choose a strong unique vault password. Encryption does not protect an already unlocked editor from someone with device access.

Google and browser services

Google account import is disabled in this build: there is no configured OAuth client or identity permission. A staged optional module is not a working sign-in feature. Enabling it requires an accurately disclosed separate configuration and explicit consent; its intended import is basic name/email only. Google is not assumed to provide your postal address or handwritten signature. Chrome installation, updates and store services follow Google's policies. Deliberately opened external links follow the destination's policy.

Limited Use and contact

Information handled by PDFSolo is used only for its disclosed document preparation purpose. Any use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PDFSolo seçtiğiniz PDF belgelerini cihazınızda hazırlamanızı sağlar. Belge içeriği, ad, e-posta, adres ve çizilmiş veya yüklenmiş imza gibi girdiğiniz bilgiler yalnızca belge araçları için işlenir. Yayıncının belge alan bir sunucusu yoktur; belgelerinizi uzaktan okuyamaz.

Belgeler, düzenlemeler ve kaydedilmemiş profil oturum belleğindedir. İmza çizebilir veya en fazla 5 MB, kenar başına 4096 piksel ve 8 milyon piksel sınırında PNG/JPEG yükleyebilirsiniz; görsel cihazda çözülüp PNG olarak yeniden oluşturulur. İmza, özellikle İmzayı kaydet seçilmedikçe bellekte kalır. Bu seçim, tekrar kullanım için tek bir imza PNG’sini (veri adresi en fazla 2 MiB) Chrome yerel uzantı deposunda şifresiz saklar. İmza şifreli profil kasasından ayrıdır; Chrome profiline erişen kişi bu imzaya erişebilir. Kayıtlı imzayı sil kontrolüyle kaldırın. Profili özellikle kaydederseniz ad, e-posta, telefon ve adres alanları cihazda AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir; anahtar parolanızdan PBKDF2-SHA-256, 310.000 yineleme ve rastgele tuz ile türetilir. 10–512 karakterli parola kaydedilmez. Depo ve izinler

Chrome yerel uzantı deposu şifreli profil kasasını, arayüz dili tercihini ve yalnızca açıkça kaydedilirse şifresiz imza PNG’sini tutar. Oturum deposu, editörün önceki sekmedeki belgeyi açmayı sunması için önceki sekmenin adresini geçici tutabilir; bu, tarama geçmişini toplama değildir. Depoya erişim güvenilir uzantı bağlamlarıyla sınırlıdır. Chrome senkronizasyon deposu kullanılmaz.

Araç çubuğu simgesine tıkladığınızda activeTab izni kaynak sekmeyi belirlemeye yarar. Her sitede içerik okuyan betikler yoktur. Önceki HTTP/HTTPS sekmesinden PDF açmayı özellikle seçerseniz o kaynak için izin istenir ve adres çerezler veya tarayıcı oturum kimlik bilgileri olmadan istenir. Kaynak sunucu normal ağ bilgilerinizi, örneğin IP adresinizi alır ve kendi politikasını uygular. Oturum gerektiren belgeleri önce indirip yerel açmanız gerekebilir. İsteğe bağlı HTTP/HTTPS izin desenleri kurulumda tüm sitelere erişim vermez; kaynak seçebilmenizi sağlar. Kaynak için istenen izin, indirme denemesinden sonra kaldırılır; Chrome uzantı ayarlarından site erişimini de inceleyebilirsiniz.

Otomatik yükleme veya rapor yoktur

Belgeler, profil ve imzalar yayıncıya yüklenmez. Hesap zorunluluğu, reklam, analiz, otomatik telemetri veya otomatik hata bildirimi yoktur. Veriler satılmaz veya ilgisiz profilleme için kullanılmaz. Kod, PDF kitaplıkları ve yazı tipleri pakettedir; uzaktan çalıştırılabilir kod alınmaz.

Hata raporunu elle dışa aktarırsanız yalnızca önceden tanımlı kodlar, sürüm ve sayısal sayaçlar içeren yerel bir dosya oluşur. Belge adı/metni, URL, profil, imza, cihaz kimliği ve çağrı yığını eklenmez. Dosya otomatik gönderilmez. E-postayla paylaşıp paylaşmamaya siz karar verirsiniz. Destek mesajına hassas bilgi eklemeyin. Kendiniz gönderdiğiniz mesajlar e-posta hizmetlerinin kurallarına tabidir ; otomatik destek veri aktarımı yoktur.

Silme ve güvenlik

Belgeyi kapatmak bellekteki belge düzenlemelerini ve geçerli imzayı temizler. Belgeyi veya editörü kapatmak özellikle kaydedilen imzayı silmez. Depodaki kopyayı Kayıtlı imzayı sil ile kaldırın; çizim alanını temizlemek kayıtlı kopyayı silmez. Editörü kapatmak bellekteki profili sonlandırır. Kayıtlı bilgileri silmek şifreli kasayı kaldırır; tüm verileri sil kontrolü yerel uzantı verilerini temizler ve belgeyi kapatır. Uzantıyı kaldırmak tarayıcının yönettiği verileri kaldırır. İndirilen dosyalar ayrıca silinmelidir; yedekler kopya tutabilir. Güçlü ve benzersiz parola kullanın. Şifreleme açık ve kilidi çözülmüş editörü cihaz erişimi olan kişiden korumaz.

Google ve iletişim

Temel sürümde Google OAuth istemcisi ve identity izni yoktur; içe aktarma kapalıdır. Hazırlanan isteğe bağlı modül çalışır giriş özelliği değildir. Etkinleştirme ayrı yapılandırma, açık onay ve güncel politika gerektirir. Amaç yalnızca temel ad/e-posta almaktır; adres ve el yazısı imza Google'dan sağlanmış varsayılmaz. Chrome kurulumu, güncellemeleri ve mağaza hizmetleri Google'ın; kendiniz açtığınız bağlantılar hedef hizmetin politikasına tabidir.

Bilgiler yalnızca açıklanan belge hazırlama amacı için kullanılır. Google API bilgilerinin kullanımı, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Chrome Web Store Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygun olacaktır.

Local OCR

OCR runs entirely on your device using packaged English and Turkish models and WebAssembly. No document, page image or recognized text is uploaded; no first-use model download is needed. OCR workers can load only packaged OCR assets and do not persist recognized content or model caches. Review and correct recognized lines before applying. Applying OCR replaces the scanned page with editable text and cleaned image objects; background reconstruction and recognition may differ from the original. Handwriting, complex backgrounds and poor scans are not guaranteed. Both OCR modes reject PDFs with interactive forms, encryption or digital signatures. Page OCR supports textless pages; a page containing any native text is skipped, including scans mixed with native text. OCR Word export handles up to 100 total pages with at most 20 scanned pages, keeping recognized text as actual editable Word text and other graphics as PNG objects. Cancel leaves the document unchanged.

Yerel OCR

OCR, paketteki İngilizce ve Türkçe modeller ve WebAssembly ile tamamen cihazınızda çalışır. Belge, sayfa görseli ve tanınan metin dışarı gönderilmez; ilk kullanımda model indirilmez. OCR çalışanı yalnızca paketteki OCR dosyalarını yükleyebilir; tanınan içerik ve model önbelleği kalıcı kaydedilmez. Uygulamadan önce tanınan satırları kontrol edip düzeltin. OCR, taramayı düzenlenebilir metin ve temizlenmiş görsel nesnelerine dönüştürür; tanıma ve arka plan yeniden oluşturma özgün görünümden farklı olabilir. El yazısı, karmaşık arka plan ve düşük kaliteli taramalarda doğruluk garanti edilmez. Her iki OCR modu da etkileşimli formlu, şifreli veya dijital imzalı PDF belgelerini reddeder. Sayfa OCR metinsiz sayfalarda çalışır; içinde herhangi bir özgün metin bulunan sayfa, taramayla karışık olsa da atlanır. OCR Word çıktısı toplam 100 sayfa ve bunların en fazla 20 taranmış sayfasını işler; tanınan yazılar gerçek düzenlenebilir Word metni, diğer görseller PNG nesneleri olur. İptal belgenizi değiştirmez.

Local merge and split

Merge and split run entirely on this device. Select and reorder local PDFs, include current edits, and save the new result. Split into individual pages or semicolon-separated groups, then download individual PDFs or one local ZIP. Originals are not overwritten. Limits: 50 input/output files, 100 MiB combined inputs/outputs and 500 pages (selected pages counted across split groups). Interactive forms, encrypted and digitally signed PDFs are not supported. Page sizes and rotations are retained; document-level bookmarks and attachments are not reconstructed. Closing organizer dialogs clears their selected/prepared buffers; downloads must be removed separately.

Yerel birleştirme ve bölme

Birleştirme ve bölme tamamen cihazda çalışır. Yerel PDF’leri seçip sırala, açık belgenin düzenlemelerini ekle ve yeni sonucu kaydet. Her sayfayı ayrı PDF yap veya noktalı virgülle sayfa grupları belirle; dosyaları ayrı ya da yerel ZIP olarak indir. Özgün dosyaların üzerine yazılmaz. Sınırlar: 50 girdi/çıktı dosyası, toplam 100 MiB girdi/çıktı ve 500 sayfa (bölme gruplarında seçilen sayfaların toplamı). Etkileşimli formlu, şifreli ve dijital imzalı PDF desteklenmez. Sayfa boyutları ve dönüşleri korunur; belge genelindeki yer imleri ve ekler yeniden kurulmaz. Pencereyi kapatmak seçilen/hazırlanan tamponları temizler; indirilen dosyaları ayrıca silmek gerekir.
